Tofu skewers with curry dip

Woolworths PlantLove coconut-crusted tofu with curry sauce is delicious on its own, but skewers are a fun take that makes sharing it that much more enjoyable. Thread the coconut-crusted tofu onto skewers, alternating with vegetables, and serve with the curry sauce.

  • 1 x 400 g Woolworths PlantLove coconut crusted tofu with curry sauce
  • 2 celery sticks, cut into chunks
  • olive or sesame oil, for drizzling
  • sea salt, to taste

Method

Ingredients
  1. Thread the tofu onto skewers, alternating with the celery. Halve the tofu pieces if necessary. Drizzle with a little olive or sesame oil and season with salt.
  2. Cook in an air-fryer at 200°C for 5–8 minutes, or until golden brown and warm.
  3. Heat the curry sauce in a small bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes and serve alongside the skewers.
