Modern life is fast-paced and it can be tricky to find time for a healthy snack on the run. That's why you need to know about Woolies' new low-fat drinking yoghurts, which are available in handy 100 ml bottles.

The range comes in three delicious varieties:

  • carrot, orange, pineapple and turmeric;
  • pomegranate, carrot, beetroot and baobab;
  • pineapple, orange and ginger.

These drinking yoghurts are rBST hormone free and contain no added preservatives. What they do contain is Ayrshire milk, real fruit and live bifidobacterium cultures (the beneficial probiotic bacteria that live in your gut, aiding digestion and digestive health).

They make fabulous snacks you can sip on the go, so it comes as no surprise that wellness personalities including Nomvula Khuzwayo (@nomvula_khuzwayo) in Joburg and Trevor Lagerwey (@thelagerwey) in Cape Town have started to weave these tasty little sippers into their daily lives – have a look at their day-to-day interactions here.

The next time you hit that mid-morning hunger dip, or you’re staring an afternoon slump in the face, don’t head for the office vending machine – grab a compact drinking yoghurt from Woolworths instead.
