Ingredients

600 g mixed frozen berries 600
400 g Greek-style yoghurt
4 T honey
mint a few sprigs
fresh blueberries, for serving
meringues, for serving

Method

Blend the berries, yoghurt, honey and mint until smooth and thick.

Serve in frosted glasses with fresh blueberries and meringues.
