Ingredients

3 T Woolworths Non-alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiri Fruit Drink Concentrate
6 T Aperol® spirit cooler
150 ml Prosecco
4 T soda water
ice
strawberries and watermelon, to garnish

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Strawberry Daiquiri Fruit Drink Concentrate and Aperol® and shake. Add the Prosecco and stir gently to combine.

2. Place a large ice block into 2 glasses. Pour over ice and top with soda water.

3. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a wedge of watermelon.

Cook's note: Freeze Strawberry Daiquiri Fruit Drink Concentrate in ice cube moulds for more flavour and to avoid watering down your mocktail.
