Chicken-coriander wontons

Ingredients

  • 2 chopped chicken fillets
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup coriander
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Store-bought wonton wrappers
  • Chilli dipping sauce

Method

Blend chopped chicken fillets with olive oil, clove garlic, coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice. Spoon into the centre of store-bought wonton wrappers and fasten the edges. Deep-fry or steam and serve with a chilli dipping sauce.
