The May issue has arrived!

Legendary local cooks Zola Nene, Ina Paarman, Dorah Sitole and Reuben Riffel give credit to their moms and share their most treasured recipes – such as our May cover recipe, venison pie from Ina Paarman. Ina inherited this recipe from her late mother, Nellie Jooste, otherwise known as the pastry champion in their family.
