Ingredients

250 g Woolworths fresh fettuccine pasta
4 T butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T LemonGold® seedless lemon zest
1 LemonGold® seedless lemon, juiced
Parmigiana Reggiano, for serving
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method

1. Cook pasta as per packaging instructions, save ¼ cup of pasta water.

2. To make the sauce: Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the pasta water and toss through the pasta. Add the lemon zest and juice. Top with grated parmesan and black pepper.
