Ingredients

170 g Woolworths crunchy summer leaf salad
6 Woolworths Asian rice paper wrappers
200 g Tofu, sliced and pan fried
mint leaves, for serving

Method

1. Dip rice paper rolls into a little water to soften them. Once mailable, build your summer rolls, roll them up and serve with an Asian dipping sauce.
