  • 6 T mayonnaise
  • 1 T fresh ginger, grated
  • 30 g coriander
  • 6 Woolworths fish cakes
  • Red onions, sliced
  • Spring onions
  • 6 rolls, toasted

1. Blend 6 T mayonnaise, 1 T fresh grated ginger, 30 g coriander and season to taste.

2. Spread on toasted rolls and top with Woolworths fish cakes cooked according to package instructions, sliced red onions and shaved spring onions.
