Asian-style fish burgers

Ingredients
- 6 T mayonnaise
- 1 T fresh ginger, grated
- 30 g coriander
- 6 Woolworths fish cakes
- Red onions, sliced
- Spring onions
- 6 rolls, toasted
Cooking Instructions
Blend 6 T mayonnaise, 1 T fresh grated ginger, 30 g coriander and season to taste.
Spread on toasted rolls and top with Woolworths fish cakes cooked according to package instructions, sliced red onions and shaved spring onions.
