Banana muffins with Peanut butter and Chilli relish
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3 bananas, squished with fork
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon banana essence
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Wildebraam Chilli Relish
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 oC. (For Sunbeam Air fryer temperatures, look below.) Mix together the egg, milk, oil, bananas, sugar and banana essence. Stir in the flour. Mix the peanut butter with chilli relish. Scoop 1 tablespoon of banana mixture into greased 6 muffin pan, top with teaspoon of peanut butter/relish mixture. Add more banana mixture and top with another teaspoon peanut butter/relish mixture. Bake for 20 minutes (or till test skewer comes out clean). Let muffins cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Sunbeam Air fryer (14 liter) – low tray – 220 oC – 25 minutes – Let muffins cool in pan for 10 minutes.
