Basil pesto pasta with mozzarella

Ingredients

Method
  • 2x250 g Woolworths fresh fettucine pasta packets
  • 1x250 g Woolworths basil pesto tub
  • 125 g mozzarella, torn
  • 250 g broad beans and peas, blanched, for serving
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 10 g fresh basil, to garnish

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Drain and toss with the basil pesto while still warm, divide between bowls and top with the mozzarella, broad beans and peas. Season to taste and garnish with basil.
