Blanched pak choi in oyster sauce

- 10 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 T canola oil
- 2 cups good-quality beef stock
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 4 heads pak choi, halved lengthways
Method
Ingredients
Fry the garlic in the oil until golden. Set the garlic aside, reserving the oil.
Place the beef stock and oyster sauce in a large pan over a medium heat.
Add the pak choi, cover and steam for 15-minutes.
Place the pak choi on a plate, sprinkle over the garlic and drizzle with the garlic oil.
