- 4 free-range eggs
- 4 T coconut oil
- 4 slices ciabatta, toasted for serving
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 T Woolworths sweet Indonesia soya sauce

Heat 1 T coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat until very hot. Break 1 egg into the pan and cook until the edges are crispy and golden. Repeat with the remaining 3 eggs.
Place the fried eggs on the ciabatta, sprinkle over the chilli and drizzle with soya sauce.
