Growing up, our braais always ended with a round of Irish coffees or Don Pedros. Use chocolate or coffee ice cream for something a bit different.
- 12 scoops Woolworths vanilla ice cream
- 6 shots espresso
- 6 tots Kahlua or Amarula
- cocoa powder, for dusting
1. Divide the ice cream between 6 glasses.
2. Pour over the hot espresso and Kahlua and dust with cocoa.
