Fattoush salad with koftas

Ingredients
- 2 pita breads, toasted and torn into pieces
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onions, chopped
- 8 radishes, halved
- 1 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mint, chopped
- ½ cup lime juice
- ¼ t ground cinnamon
- 1 t sumac
- ¼ cup pomegranate molasses
Cooking Instructions
Toss all the ingredients together.
Serve with lamb-and-bulgar wheat koftas.
