- 250 g Woolworths seafood sticks, torn
- 1 green apple, grated
- 2 T Woolworths vegan mayonnaise
- sea salt, to taste
- 4 Woolworths ultimate hotdog rolls
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced into ribbons
- For the topping:
- 5 g Woolworths roasted seaweed snack
- 2 sesame seeds
- 20 g peanuts, toasted and roughly chopped
1. In a medium-sized bowl, toss the seafood sticks with the grated apple and mayonnaise. Season with salt.
2. To make the topping, blend the roasted seaweed with the sesame seeds, then combine with the peanuts.
3. Top each roll with a few slices of cucumber and the crab mixture, then sprinkle over the topping.
