- 2 T canola oil
- 500 g Woolworths pork sausages
- 2 T chipotle Tabasco
- 3 T Woolworths Cape coastal honey
- 3 T adobo sauce
Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat, then add the sausages and brown.
Once the sausages are almost cooked, add the Tabasco, honey and adobo sauce and toss. Serve immediately.
Cook's note: These smoky-sweetish sausages are fantastic on warm rolls. Great for a quick Saturday lunch instead of the usual hot dogs the kids beg you for. My motto: the sooner they get used to chilli, the better!
