  • 8 hot cross buns, halved and toasted
  • 8 pork rashers, grilled, fried or braaied
  • 8 free-range eggs, fried
  • 8 slices Oak-smoked Stanford cheese
  • Harissa paste, for serving

Fill the buns with the rest of the ingredients.

Cook's note: Crispy pork, award-winning cheese and toasty hot cross buns make a champion breakfast any day of the week. But if it’s the weekend, serve with our best-ever Bloody Marys.
