Ingredients

  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Bandito's Jalapeno Sauce
  • 6 cheddar cheese, cubed
  • spices
  • grated cheese for topping

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 oC. Prepare 6 muffin pan. Mix the milk, oil, Jalapeno sauce and salt. Add flour, mix and spoon into muffin pan. Press a cheese cube into each muffin hole, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
