4 Woolworths fresh doughnuts, halved
4 T lemon curd
4 scoops Woolworths lemon curd dairy ice cream

Cooking Instructions

Spread one half of each doughnut with lemon curd, then spoon over the ice cream and sandwich together. Serve immediately.
