- 1/2 cup Liver spread (Liver Pâté / chicken Pâté)
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour (sifted)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon fine black pepper
- All Gold Tomato sauce / ketchup
- Grated cheese
Put the Liver Pâté for few seconds in microwave to soften.
Preheat oven to 190 oC. Prepare a 6 muffin pan. In a bowl, beat together the softened Liver Pâté, egg, milk, oil, salt and herbs. Add the self-rising flour and mix gently. Spoon into muffin pan. Spread tomato sauce / ketchup on top of each muffin. Sprinkle cheese on. Bake for 20 minutes (or till skewer comes out clean.)
