Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Liver spread (Liver Pâté / chicken Pâté)
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon fine black pepper
  • All Gold Tomato sauce / ketchup
  • Grated cheese

Cooking Instructions

Put the Liver Pâté for few seconds in microwave to soften.

Preheat oven to 190 oC. Prepare a 6 muffin pan. In a bowl, beat together the softened Liver Pâté, egg, milk, oil, salt and herbs. Add the self-rising flour and mix gently. Spoon into muffin pan. Spread tomato sauce / ketchup on top of each muffin. Sprinkle cheese on. Bake for 20 minutes (or till skewer comes out clean.)

Perfect for snack and lunchboxes.
