Chilli-pineapple piña colada

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 x 440 g can pineapple
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 T coconut cream
  • 2 tots rum
  • 3 T fresh pineapple juice
  • ice, to taste

Method

Blend the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a tall, chilled glass and serve.

Cook's note: Add a little winter warmth to this tropical classic with fresh chilli.
