Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1 packet frozen Strawberry
Pavé, containing 4 individual portions
Fresh strawberries, sliced

Method

Blend strawberries, honey, lemon juice and ginger.
Serve with strawberry pavé, top with sliced strawberries and decorate with home-made chocolate decorations
