- 70 g Parma ham
- 4 x 150 g hake portions
- 2 T olive oil
- 200 g butter
- 200 g vine tomatoes
- Cauliflower mash, to serve
Wrap 4 x 150 g portions of hake in 70 g Parma ham.
Heat 2 T olive oil in a pan over a high heat.
Fry the fish for 3 minutes on each side, adding 50 g butter and 200 g vine tomatoes to the pan near the end of the cooking time.
Serve with cauliflower mash or one of these 5 cauli-rice recipes.
