  • 250 g Vanilla Muffin mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 100 g Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 410 g tinned pears, drained, chopped small
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 oC. Mix the vanilla muffin mix powder with the chopped pears and crumbled blue cheese. In another bowl, beat together the egg, oil, salt and water. Add to muffin mixture and mix. Spoon into muffin pan (you could get 12 small muffins, but I was too lazy, so I heaped up the 6-muffin pan) and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
