Ingredients

3 apples, quartered
80 g brown sugar
1⁄2 lemon, juiced
100 g butter
200 g frozen strawberries, thawed
Woolworths vanilla ice cream

Cooking Instructions

Roast quartered apples in brown sugar, lemon juices and butter at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, adding thawed strawberries in the last 5 minutes.

Serve hot topped with Woolworths vanilla ice cream.
