- 10 Rooibos teabags
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 12 tablespoons vegetable oil
Cut open the teabags - toast in a pan on stove.
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Mix the tea bag contents with rest of ingredients.
Roll walnut-size balls, place on greased baking sheet (not too close to each other) and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool on sheet.
