Ingredients

Method
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T Woolworths lamb rub
  • Green beans
  • Asparagus
  • Sugar snap peas

Rub 6 lamb chops with 2 T olive oil and 2 T Woolworths lamb rub spice, then roast at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.

Serve with pan-griddled garlic lemon-buttered green beans, asparagus and sugar snap peas.
