  • a mix of whole trimmed mangetout
  • chunks of baby marrow, whole trimmed
  • 500 g fine green beans and slim wedges of baby cabbage
  • 2 T melted butter or olive oil
  • ½ lemon
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Steam the vegetables over simmering water until just tender. Moisten with butter or olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season to taste.
