- a mix of whole trimmed mangetout
- chunks of baby marrow, whole trimmed
- 500 g fine green beans and slim wedges of baby cabbage
- 2 T melted butter or olive oil
- ½ lemon
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Steam the vegetables over simmering water until just tender. Moisten with butter or olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season to taste.
