  • 3 T peanut butter
  • 2 T soya sauce
  • 1 T fish sauce
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 x 75 g packets Woolworths quicksticks two-minute noodles
  • charred broccoli, for serving
  • toasted peanuts, for serving
  • sriracha sauce, for serving

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine the peanut butter, soya sauce, fish sauce and coconut milk in a saucepan and heat through.
2. Cook the noodles without the flavour sachet and serve with the peanut sauce, charred broccoli, toasted peanuts and sriracha sauce.
