Turkish Apple Tea and Egg White Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 6 large egg whites
- 5 Turkish Apple teabags
- 2 red apples, grated with skin on
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- extra sugar for topping
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 oC. Open the teabags … mix the tea leaves with the 6 egg.
Mix everything together (EXCEPT FOR THE EXTRA SUGAR), spoon into muffin pan, sprinkle with extra sugar and bake for 20 minutes.
For dinner, I made Spaghetti Carbonara - used 6 egg yolks! What to do with 6 egg whites (besides making meringues). These muffins are fantastic!
