Easy
Peel cucumber, cut into large chunks and add to a salad bowl. Add feta, cut into blocks, and the petals of red onion, then drizzle with red-wine vinegar and olive oil.
Toast wedges of pitta bread under a hot grill, then scatter over the salad. Dice the remaining cucumber and fold into plain yoghurt, along with cloves crushed garlic and lemon juice. Spoon over the salad and serve.
