Ingredients

100 g rolled oats
50 g blanched hazelnuts
20 g coconut flakes
1 Woolworths Envy™ apple, grated
1 T golden flaxseed powder
3 T mixed breakfast seeds
3 T coconut oil, melted
1 t ground cinnamon
¼ t ground cardamom
1 t vanilla paste
a pinch sea salt

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Air-fry at 120°C for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
