Garlic bread three ways

1. Slice the kernels off the corn cobs, discarding the silk. Soften the onion and celery in the heated oil.
2. Stir in the garlic and corn kernels. Pour in the stock and simmer for 20 minutes. Blend roughly using a hand-blender.
3. Stir in the sausage and samp and beans and heat through. Season to taste. Sprinkle with chopped celery leaves.
