Ingredients

1 x 500 g box Woolworths frozen kingklip portions
200 g Woolworths Rosa tomatoes
2 T olive oil
pitted olives, to serve
parsley, to serve

Method

1. Cook frozen kingklip portions according to instructions.
2. To make the tomato dressing, pan-fry baby Rosa tomatoes in olive oil, with the olives (plus some brine) until warm and fragrant. Scatter with fresh parsley.
