Ingredients
- 1 x 10 cm thick slice watermelon
- 150 g Woolworths exotic tomatoes, halved
- 3 Woolworths white nectarines, quartered
- 1 cup Woolworths baby leaves
- 1 fennel bulb, shaved
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 12 caperberries, halved
- 1 x 30 g punnet Woolworths samphire, blanched
- 2 lime, juiced
- 1⁄2 cup Woolworths Pom Royal
Method
Place the watermelon on a plate. Scatter over all the ingredients except the lime juice and Pom Royal. Chill until ready to serve, then drizzle over the lime juice and Pom Royal.
