Ingredients

500 g Woolworths phyllo pastry
50 g butter, melted
150 g Wooliesbabes fresh butter chicken baby meal
150 g Wooliesbabes fresh butternut and sage risotto baby meal
150 g Wooliesbabes fresh lamb, veggies, lentils & brown rice meal
180 g Woolworths creamy potato mash
60 g Woolworths grated mature cheddar cheese
30 g baby gem lettuce, for serving
20 g cucumber, thinly sliced, for serving
30 g tomatoes, halved

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Cut the phyllo pastry into 12 equal squares.

3. Butter one side of each phyllo square, then place into a muffin pan. Place another square on top, then bake for 3–5 minutes until slightly crispy.

4. Fill the phyllo tart shells with Wooliesbabes savoury meals, then top with the mashed potatoes and cheese.

5. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 5–10 minutes.
