Gluten free Peanut butter Jelly Tot cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth / crunchy)
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 100 g jelly tots
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Mix the peanut butter, sugar and egg together. Roll 1 jelly tot into the mixture in walnut-size balls and place on greased baking sheet. Press another jelly tot into the top. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and let it cool down completely on wire rack.
