Snoek Pâte, Anchovy and Peppadew Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 125 grams Woolworths Snoek Pâte
- 6 Woolworths Marinated White Anchovies
- 6 cubes Cheddar cheese
- 6 pickled hollow peppadews
- 1 tablespoon Bandito's Habanero sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 oC. Prepare 6 muffin pan. Mix together the Snoek Pâte, milk, oil, herbs and Habanero sauce. Stir in the self-rising flour and Anchovies. Spoon into pan. Press a cheddar cube into each Peppadew and press into the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
