Summer thyme punch

  • 150 ml vodka
  • 250 ml dry and fruity white wine
  • 200 ml cranberry juice
  • 1 handful fresh thyme, plus extra to garnish
  • 75 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 50 ml sugar syrup
  • 200 ml soda water

Combine all the ingredients except the soda water in a punch bowl or large jug and stir well. Chill for 4 hours.

Add ice and soda just before serving.

Serve with crushed cranberries, a gold leaf, fresh mint, lemon wedges and a lime, cut into a star.
