Salad of organic green leaves, apple, pistachios and organic Brie with apple vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 x 140 g packet organic salad bowl
  • 2 organic green apples, thinly sliced
  • A handful of organic pistachios, shelled
  • 1 x 125 g wedge organic Brie, at room temperature, sliced
  • For the dressing, mix together:

  • 1/3 cup organic avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup organic apple juice
  • 3 T white balsamic vinegar
  • Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

Toss the salad leaves with half the dressing. Top with the apple, nuts and sliced Brie. Serve the remaining dressing on the side.
Per serving: 1813.1 kJ, 8.4 g protein, 33 g fat, 24.1 g carbs
