Ingredients

2 T Woolworths harissa blend
3 t olive oil
4 free-range skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into 4 cubes
6 fresh bay leaves
2 red onions, quartered
Woolworths pickled red onion petals, for serving

Method

1 Mix the harissa and olive oil, then toss the chicken in the miture, ensuring it’s well coated. Thread the chicken, bay leaves and onions onto wooden kebab sticks.
2 Place in a lined air-fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
3 Serve with the pickled onions.
