- 250g Beef Strip
- 2 Fresh Carrots
- 1 Green Pepper
- 250g Woolworths Mixed Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 200g Woolworths Medium Egg Noodles
- Woolworths Easy to Wok Ginger and Soy Sauce
- Fresh Garlic
- Fresh Thyme
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
In a saucepan, fry the beef strips in olive oil, garlic and thyme until it cooks.
Add the fresh chopped vegetables.
Add a little water and allow to simmer.
When the water dries up and the vegetables cook. Add the Wok Sauce.
Season with pepper.
And lastly add the noodles.
