  • 250g Beef Strip
  • 2 Fresh Carrots
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 250g Woolworths Mixed Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 200g Woolworths Medium Egg Noodles
  • Woolworths Easy to Wok Ginger and Soy Sauce
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Fresh Thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

In a saucepan, fry the beef strips in olive oil, garlic and thyme until it cooks.
Add the fresh chopped vegetables.
Add a little water and allow to simmer.
When the water dries up and the vegetables cook. Add the Wok Sauce.
Season with pepper.
And lastly add the noodles.
