  • 2 cups fresh Fennel Fronds
  • 2 red apples
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice white or brown toast
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (vinegar)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Makes 250 ml

Blend everything together. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add oil if needed.

Use on baked potato, fries, sandwich, as topping after you've baked a pizza, as a salad dressing, as a dip.
