Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lemon Achar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 4-6 Chicken pieces / pork chops / lamb chops

Cooking Instructions

In a chopper (food processor), chop the lemon achar with the sugar. In a dish/bowl/container - place your protein and spoon the sugared achar all over. Marinate with a lid on in fridge for a few hours. Braai.
