  • 100 g raw ham
  • 150 g oyster mushrooms
  • 150 g soft mozzarella ball
  • Handful of basil leaves
  • 1 crisp lettuce
  • For the dressing, mix together:
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 fat clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup good olive oil
  • Milled salt and black pepper to taste

1. Wash and chop the lettuce, basil and mushrooms. Arrange in a bowl.

2. Toss with the dressing, just before serving
