RED CABBAGE-AND-APPLE SLAW
Move over carrots! There’s a new way to make coleslaw. Swap traditional cabbage and carrots for red cabbage and apples. If you love a bit of heat, this recipe features a tamarind, turmeric and ginger dressing, too.
For a hit of fresh, tart flavour, top your next bowl of green curry with this apple-and-chilli sambal. Simply dissolve a teaspoon of sugar in red wine vinegar and mix with chopped ginger, chillies and grated apple.
