Asian coconut tuna curry

Ingredients

  • 1 Woolworths Blue Elephant Thai Yellow Curry Meal Kit
  • 2 x 170 g Woolworths solid light-meat tuna in vegetable oil cans, drained
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 30 g coriander
  • 15 g basil
  • Fresh coconut, grated, to garnish

Method

1. Prepare the yellow curry meal kit according to package instructions.

2. Divide the yellow curry sauce and the tuna between 4 bowls. Garnish with the onion, coriander, basil and fresh coconut.
