These cheesy pinwheels are the easiest, and most impressive, starter ever.
- 150 g cheddar, grated
- 1 x 250 g Woolworths frozen all-butter puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 150 g mozzarella
- 125 g ham
- beaten egg, for brushing
- sweet chilli sauce, for dunking

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Sprinkle the cheese over the puff pastry. Top with a layer of ham, then tightly roll up the pastry from one long side to the other. Cut into evenly sized rolls.
2. Arrange in a greased skillet or baking tray and chill for 15 minutes. Brush with the egg and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden. Serve warm with the sweet chilli sauce.
