Refined-sugar free pineapple frozen yoghurt

Makes 2 cups
10 minutes, plus 6 hours freezing time
15 minutes

You only need two ingredients to make this pineapple frozen yoghurt. Make it extra special by adding honeyed almonds on top.

  • 2 cups Woolworths double-cream plain yoghurt
  • 350 g Woolworths cut queen pineapple
  • 100 g almonds
  • 4 T honey

1. Blend the yoghurt and the pineapple, then pour into a container and freeze until solid.

2. Mix the almonds and honey and serve the gelato topped with the honeyed nuts.
